I have a faulty product, who should I contact?

In the unfortunate event that your product is faulty or you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us. We will resolve the situation as soon as possible.
Please state your order and contact details from the invoice and a full description of the problem with your product. We aim to respond as soon as possible usually withing 24 hours. A ticket,case number will be issued and one of our admin staff will deal with the problem.
